Console Glitching

Call of Duty (5): World at War

This game was rated a 9.2 by IGN.com

This is game, in my opinion, got the rating it deserved.  The story mode is pretty short (I beat it on the first day), however both consoles have trophies excluding the Wii.  The trophies give great replay value.  You can also play the story mode in split screen with a friend or play online with 3 other players.  Once you beat the story mode you unlock something that is called "Nacht Der Untoten", which means Natzi Zombies.  Yes, I said Natzi Zombies, and even though it is a little, well, you know, "Treyarch" to do that, but come on, it is a whole mode that is actually VERY addictive.  I love playing that, and it gets even better!  You can play split screen on that too or play with 3 other people via the Playstation Network and LIVE.  Even though the single player mode will feel a little short and not that much of a blast (although it does have some fun levels), you will find the online play to be quite satisfying.  I am a level 10 prestige at 55 on Call of Duty 4 and have much experience with that game, and I have to say, Treyarch went over and above on the multiplayer.  Although it is just like Call of Duty 4 (using the same engine) it has more challenges, more attachments, and more game types, and the coolest of all, is that when you go into prestige, you get something!  When going into prestige, on levels 1, 2, 4, 7, and 10, you unlock more custom classes.  I could spend a lot more time giving out more information but I wanted this to be short (whoops! Got into the typing) and so if you are still not sure, then I would say atleast rent it and beat the campaign, then shoot some zombies, and most of all, try the multiplayer mode.  It really is a blast and I recommend trying it.  This has been Boko577's personal review of Call of Duty: World at War.
